I have been wondering of my low productivity in my life and work. Though I have set daily goals, some days my tasks are completed or not accomplished. The daily goals  are to achieve my big goals. Therefore, I feel extremely frustrated with my low productivity levels and unexpectedly lead to make mistakes. Now I understand my programmer friend's words. Lack of sleep with long working hours lead to low working productivity. I often overwork myself due to needing to completing my work and improving my workforce skills to keep myself updated for future full time and freelance jobs. Exercise, rest and play are neglected from my life.
That is why she prefers to do iOS project on her own rather than freelancing. This is a disaster to those who has migraine issue. This is a wake up call to me due to my increasing migraine frequency. A conducive environment is crucial for me rather than working from home due to noisy and lack of concentration. So I realize that I need enough sleep, rest, exercise and play to increase my productivity level, to accomplish more tasks and decrease my mistakes to none. Therefore, my summation is
